How can I download boundary layers?

The following boundary layers can be downloaded from the Cal-Adapt API in GeoJSON format:

https://api.cal-adapt.org/api/cdistricts/

U.S. Census Tracts

Electric Utilities Regulated by the California Energy Commission

U. S. Census Incorporated and Designated Places

The API response is paginated, so to get all features within a boundary add a pagesize parameter to the request (e.g. https://api.cal-adapt.org/api/counties/?pagesize=60).
